A shipment can be made by RACKMETRO.com by using one of the following carrier services - USPS, FedEx, and UPS - and come with delivery confirmation or registration or tracking number for every shipment. You can choose from free standard shipping (for U.S. purchases only and the standard shipping is to be determined by RACKMETRO.com), USPS priority shipping, and FedEx shipping. USPS is our primary domestic and international shipping; we may also ship locally and internationally by using either FedEx or UPS.

RACKMETRO.com decides the proper and cost-efficient shipping method when free standard shipping (for U.S. purchases only) applies. Your order is important to us! We carefully inspect and pack every item to ensure your satisfaction. RACKMETRO.com aims to provide same-day shipping. However, a 1 business day processing time for all orders applies before shipping. RACKMETRO.com may or may not be able to process shipping during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Free Standard Shipping in the U.S.

Our products come with free standard shipping for purchases within the U.S. (note: Free shipping applies in U.S. only). The free shipping method is to be determined by RACKMETRO.com based on cost efficiency. Buyers can choose from other shipping methods, which require delivery payment. Shipping cost applies to any shipment method to all other countries outside the U.S.

II.Return

Your order is important to us! We carefully inspect and pack every item to ensure your satisfaction. For now, RACKMETRO.com does not offer return for any reason other than damage during shipping or item/items being defective when received. If you received a defective or damaged item or items, take pictures of the damaged item or items and packaging to help us with your claim. If you received a defective or damaged item or items, RACKMETRO.com will also be responsible for return shipping charges as determined beforehand.
