We ship within 24-48 hours during business days. The delivery time for free shipping (which is standard shipping) within the U.S. can run from 3 to 8 business days. Faster shipping of your choice at checkout can take as soon as 2 business days within the U.S. Delivery outside the U.S. can take 7 to 30 days depending on the carrier of your choice at checkout and country of destination.
At present, we do not accept return. In cases in which the item(s) was received in damaged condition, a buyer should email as to ask for a return or exchange. Upon approval from us (RACKMETRO.com). after evidence is presented and shipped back to us, we will process full refund (including shipping back to us) or ship you a replacement.
You should email us to ask for a change of shipping address. Any request for a change of shipping address will not be allowed after your order has shipped (in the carrier’s possession).
You can track your order by going into your account. RACKMETRO.com will place the shipment tracking number of your order after shipping label has been printed. You may also request tracking number of your order via email.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, our payment system will not take your payment if it is also your billing address. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, which is different from the billing address, you must let us know the correct shipping address via email within the first 12 hours of your order.
We ship to most countries, but not to all countries for various reasons (including unavailability of shipping to certain countries, unreasonable cost, and in situation of natural disaster).
If you purchased multiple items within one order, your items will most likely ship in one package. However, it is possible that your items ship in more than one package for cost or weight reason. If you purchased multiple items separately within one day or during weekend, it is also very likely that your items will ship in one package.
